Terms of use

These terms are a commercial concept placeholder and require legal review before production use. The website does not create a service commitment, guarantee contributor income, guarantee cost savings, or promise quantum advantage.

Experimental technology

Quantum hardware, simulators, compilers, distributed nodes, and network services may be noisy, unavailable, delayed, or unsuitable for a particular workload. Results must be evaluated against agreed acceptance criteria and relevant classical baselines.

Node participation

Contributor eligibility, compensation, electricity cost, tax treatment, equipment wear, availability requirements, verification policy, and prohibited workloads must be defined in a separate node agreement. Payment should be based on accepted work units, not merely uptime.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must hold the rights required to submit code and data, classify workload sensitivity correctly, comply with applicable laws, and avoid malicious, infringing, or unauthorized workloads.

Security and confidentiality

Sensitive workloads must not enter the public pool. Production contracts should define security zones, confidentiality, incident response, retention, audit rights, service levels, and limits of liability.

Commercial assumptions

Prices, margins, savings, formulas, and calculator values shown on the website are illustrative. Binding commercial terms exist only in an executed order form, statement of work, node agreement, or service agreement.
